We walked over seven miles today at Plitvice Lakes Park in Croatia. I don’t think I have it in me to write a proper post about what we saw today. Besides, I wanted to write up the whole trip at one time, preferably on my desktop. But I do feel like sharing a few photos, because the lakes are so stunning… and I worked so hard to get these! If you ever get to Croatia, you must try to visit Plitvice and see this astonishing work of God. I am not a very religious person, but honestly, it really is extraordinarily beautiful… I would believe in God after seeing this magical wonderland, made even more incredible by the falling leaves.

And I don’t want to wait until I get back to Germany to prove how beautiful it is…

We have tickets to go back tomorrow. I don’t think we’ll stay long… and I definitely don’t think we’ll do the whole park. But I am glad we did it today… the weather was perfect, and I got so many incredible pictures, and a few videos. October is a fantastic time to be here, too. So stay tuned…
